At The Almora Collection, every piece is handcrafted from natural stone with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the bespoke, fragile, and heavyweight nature of our products, our return and cancellation policy is outlined clearly below.

1. Cancellations

Standard Orders: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@thealmoracollection.com or WhatsApp +91 99290 13888.

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted. A non-refundable advance of 50% is collected at the time of order confirmation for all custom pieces.

2. Returns

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives with significant damage caused during transit
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong dimensions)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Variations in natural stone colour, veining, or texture — these are inherent characteristics of natural materials and not defects
  • Minor surface marks or variations in finish that fall within acceptable handcraft tolerances
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Custom or bespoke pieces

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@thealmoracollection.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

3. Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days.

Approved Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a transit-damaged product.

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for products with minor issues that do not warrant a full return.

4. Damaged in Transit

We take every precaution in packaging our stone pieces. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please:

  • Do not refuse the delivery — accept and document the damage
  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product immediately upon opening
  • Report to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at info@thealmoracollection.com or WhatsApp +91 99290 13888

Damage reported beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

5. Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you are welcome to place a fresh order for the desired product.
