Shipping Policy
The Almora Collection ships handcrafted luxury stone products across India and internationally. Given the weight, fragility, and bespoke nature of our pieces, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are either made-to-order or require careful quality inspection and packaging before dispatch. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days for in-stock pieces. Custom and bespoke orders carry a production timeline of 4–12 weeks depending on complexity and size, which will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship to all major cities and towns across India via trusted freight and logistics partners experienced in handling heavy and fragile stone consignments.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Remote or difficult-access locations: Timeline will be communicated separately
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and will be displayed at checkout. For heavy or oversized pieces, our team may contact you to arrange a customised freight quote.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.
Delivery timelines for international orders are 15–30 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Please contact us at info@thealmoracollection.com before placing an international order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote and timeline.
4. Packaging
Every Almora piece is packed with industrial-grade protective materials, foam cushioning, and reinforced crating where necessary to ensure safe transit. We take great care in packaging, but we strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging upon delivery before signing the proof of receipt.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and logistics partner details via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the consignment. Stone pieces are heavy and may require assistance for unloading.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- The Almora Collection is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Installation
Delivery is to the doorstep / ground floor of the delivery address unless otherwise agreed upon. Installation, lifting, or placement assistance is not included in standard shipping and can be arranged separately at an additional cost depending on your location.
